If you take advantage of our Optional Admin Services deal, we will be keeping a constant eye on your VPS server and all the processes running on it. That way you’ll have more time for your websites or web apps.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup copy of your hosted content is mandatory – one never knows when something would go wrong. And having ordered the Optional Admin Services package, you will take advantage of every week backups of your entire VPS, not just of your content, without you having to install or configure anything. And all the backups are retained on a server with e set of RAID–configured disk drives. This implies that your data will always be safe and sound, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you an almost endless number of options, you will often have to install additional pieces of software. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can help you out. It is an integral part of our Optional Admin Services package, which allows you to ask any of our experienced system administrators to install and configure any kind of software app and to resolve any issue that you are experiencing with the server.
