Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will give you total control over your email boxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new email box in no time and administer its settings easily. Besides, you can forward emails from one mailbox account to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mail box accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming e-mail messages based on certain criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your email box accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just choose the electronic mail account you wish to forward emails from, then choose the destination email mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the email client of your choice to access your email accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest.
